… that with the spirit of our motto we started the building material business Akker Tüzép with my colleagues . Our goal has been clear and unambiguous from the beginning: to create an effectively functioning, a dominant business in the building material-commerce. We didn't need to do anything else but to pay attention, to adapt,  to enter into relations and to maintain them: to make friends. Time passed by, and we built our company brick by brick- and we intended to have a more precious life through work. I am convinced that we are in the right track.

Akker-Plus Ltd. is one of the first firms of our company. It started the building material trade in our site that is in Akasztó and was opened in 1990 . Through our activities the range of the marketed products and related services expands year after year, and the more and more complete satisfaction of the needs of the population made our dynamic developement possible. The custom and the connections of our company gradually spread out to other areas in the region, so after Akasztó we opened two other sites - one in 1993 in Soltvadkert and the other in 1995 in Kiskőrös. Today, our company supplies almost 100% of the residential constructions and other investments of this area with building material.  The next station of the continuous development adapted to the new challenges was opened in 1999 with more than eight thousand square meters of building yards in Kecskemét.

During the last 15 years Akker Tüzép has become the largest commercial company in building material of the Region of the Southern Great Plain. As a result of the dynamic development we are at our costumers's disposal with our nine commerce units, besides our four sites with 3 specialist stores: one of windows and doors and two of covering, with a wholesale department and with a branch office in Budapest.  However the company's developement,hasn't stopped: we opened a new site in October 2006 which is bigger and brighter than ever before in Kecskemét, and we are expanding our contact management system, service portfolio, products and logistics background further.

Where does our way go?  Our friends who have been to the famous pilgrimage: St. James' path in Spain say that the message of El Camino de Santiago is that everybody needs to go through the whole way that is meant for us. We also think so. We know that we can't sit idly by because our customers do not expect this from us. We need to go further on our journey! This is the path of evolution and development - so you will be our satisfied partner in the future as so have you been till now.  We need to explore new acquisition opportunities, distribution channels, financing possibilities, we need to establish new sites, and more efficient organizational models should be applied and we always need to offer to the most favorable price to our costumers. Last but not least, we need to make new friends.
In favor of all of this we founded in 2004 – with a number of equally ambitious companies - the HUF-BAU group which has become Hungary's largest company of building material suppliers and sales in a short time. Taking advantage of the possibilities offered by the cooperation we are now at our costumers' disposal with as high-quality products as the western trading networks could offer, with best prices and with our own brand of products.  A coordinated  marketing and public relation-communication strategy make the activity of our group more efficient.

Due to the continuous improvements and to our suppliers we can feel free to say: the professionals can buy the latest products of the most excellent manufacturers at our sites as well as anyywhere in Europe, besides this, we  have the proper  infrastructure to serve our customers with high standards keeping the exact deadlines.

Of course, this requires an efficient corporate structure,  a built organizational hierarchy,  well-functioning sites, advanced IT background, distribution network and financial resources, but above all, perhaps the most important is the human factor.

We believe that our company would be far from this successful without the motivation, the success and partner orientation of our management, and without the skills, attitude, loyalty and the outstanding working capacity of our staff.

Our Philosophy of Sales
The most important elements of Akker  Tüzép's sales philosophy are that skilled customer service, sales and high-level advisory services connect  to the high quality products.

Retail, wholesale and project sales
Today, the building material trade doesn't only mean the sale of the building materials but a complex range of services, which helps the customer with all the questions raised during construction- from the order through the smooth transport to the consultancy.

Our distribution system was designed to be able to serve fully and on high standards the three different customer groups - retailers, constractors, residents.  The company's marketable prices and  the passing of professional experience help more than a  hundred of its retail partners in their field of business. Our system of territorial representatives are provided with the requirements of today's infrastructure, and the updated information means a major market advantage for them. For the contarctor and investor companies we offer mainly specific conditions, direct expert advice (if requisted) and the security offered by our capacity of transporting in the whole country by having our own truck-park.  We serve our residential costumers with low prices, with constantly refreshed specials and sales, with sales consultants and with rich variety of products and with our substantial stock, which is a guarantee of supply and of service continuity. Besides our truck-park, our machinery that transacts the local deliveries means a great advantage in delivery. All three costumer groups are equally important for us, we pay a lot of attention to fully serve them  separately, too.
The leadership of our company, theAkker-Plus Ltd. realized that the only way we could be competitive was if not only did we offer good prices but we could coordinate the opportunities of the new challenges, too. The largest national building material trade network, the Huf-Bau Ltd. was created in this spirit.
